Venuecore  ·  Back-office for independent UK venues  ·  Est. 2025

The boring half
of running a venue.
Handled.

Venuecore is the back-office for independent live-music venues, social clubs and function rooms. We run your website, pull every gig listing into one feed, give your staff a portal to manage it, and keep the lights on — so you can focus on bookings, programming, and pulling people through the door.

01The problem

A venue is one business. The tools never act like it.

Every operator we've spoken to is running the same four-headed dog: a website nobody can edit, listings scattered across half a dozen ticketing sites, forms that get lost in someone's inbox, and a function-room diary that lives on the back of a fag packet.

A —

Your website looks fine until something needs changing. The person who built it doesn't pick up. The events page hasn't been updated since February.

B —

Gigs live on Eventbrite. Or Ents24. Or See Tickets. Or Facebook. Or a Google Calendar your booker swears is the source of truth. Punters check none of them.

C —

The function-room enquiry goes to an email address that two people half-monitor. Someone double-books the room and the band on the same Saturday. Posters get printed on the Friday.

It doesn't have to be like this.

02What you get

Six things. One bill. Fully managed.

You don't buy software. You hand over the headaches. Everything below is included, configured for your venue, and looked after by us.

01Website

Your site, our problem.

A custom website on your own domain — designed for venues, not for design agencies. Updates go out the same day you ask.

Bespoke design · Your domain · Same-day edits
02Events feed

One gig list, everywhere you sell.

We pull from Eventbrite, Ents24, See Tickets, Ticketmaster, Facebook Events, Google Calendar and Square — and merge them into one tidy events page.

7 sources · One source of truth
03Client portal

A back office your staff will actually use.

Add and edit events, view function-room bookings, see who enquired about what, print the monthly programme. No training course required.

Browser-based · Role-based access
04Forms & bookings

Enquiries arrive twice.

Booking enquiries, function-room hire, sponsorship — each form lands in the portal and in the right inbox. Nothing falls down the back of the sofa.

Portal + Email · Routing rules
05Print programme

This month's programme. One click.

Generate a print-ready monthly poster from the same events that power your site. A4 or A3, ready for the printer down the road.

A4 / A3 · PDF · Print-ready
06Infrastructure

The dull bit. Done properly.

Hosting, DNS, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, deliverable transactional email. You won't have to know what any of those words mean.

99.9% uptime target · DKIM/SPF/DMARC
03How it works

Two weeks. Three steps. Then we keep the lights on.

We don't ship you a login and wish you luck. Onboarding is hands-on; everything after is hands-off — unless you want a hand, in which case you have our number.

  1. You give us the keys.

Hand over your domain, your existing listings, and whoever currently "does the website." We pick it up from there — no half-finished migrations sitting in your inbox.

  2. We rebuild the site and wire up the events feed.

Two weeks, start to finish. We design the new site, configure the events aggregation against your ticketing sources, set up your forms and your inboxes, and walk your staff through the portal.

  3. Your staff run the programme. We run the stack.

You add gigs, manage function-room bookings, and print the monthly programme. We handle hosting, uptime, deliverability, security patches, backups, and the 2 a.m. emergencies you'll never hear about.

Onboarding · 14 days From signed quote to first gig posted, two weeks is the typical timeline.
04Who it's for

Built for a specific kind of venue. Not for everyone.

We're not trying to be the all-in-one for the entire hospitality industry. Venuecore is sharply pointed at independent live-music venues and the rooms attached to them.

Venuecore is built for

  • AIndependent live-music venues
  • BSocial clubs and members' clubs
  • CFunction rooms with regular hire enquiries
  • DSmall-to-mid concert halls (200–1,500 capacity)
  • EPubs with two or more gig nights a week
Not for —

Not for nightclubs, mega-venues, or anyone who needs ticketing. We integrate with Eventbrite, Ents24, See Tickets and the rest — we don't replace them.

If your weekly footfall is over five thousand or you sell tickets directly at scale, we'll happily point you somewhere more appropriate.

05Pricing

One price. Everything in.

We don't do tiers, seats, or "Enterprise — talk to sales." One flat monthly fee per venue, covering every piece on this page. You get a fixed quote before you sign anything.
